Yes. Every completion is timestamped and verifiable, and admins can export CSV and PDF reports showing who completed what and when. The reports are built to satisfy cyber-insurance and compliance audit requests.

Admins set a retraining interval per organisation or department. Zhivia then sends reminders at 14, 7, and 1 day before each deadline over email (and SMS where enabled), so nobody has to chase completion manually.

Corporate plans are billed per seat, with Standard adding the compliance engine and Premium adding custom content tools. Built to fit SMB and nonprofit budgets, not enterprise procurement. Each organisation’s data is isolated at the database layer with row-level security, video is delivered through short-lived presigned URLs, and all traffic is encrypted in transit. Your completion data is yours and can be exported at any time.
